Financing contributions for timber construction projects through CO2 storage certificates

Project description

For the first application of theCO2 methodology in Switzerland, timber construction projects are being sought that are eligible for the pilot phase, as well as property developers who would like to benefit from the proceeds of theCO2 storage certificates and familiarize themselves with the certification process for future timber construction projects. In the pilot phase, questions regarding additionality, double counting and permanence will be clarified. The chosen approach favors property developers and takes into account the procurement of wood from sustainably managed forests.

Participation is open to all: Clients, architects, engineers, general contractors, total contractors and client representatives. 15-20 regionally and property-specific well-diversified construction projects are included. Confirmation of admission will be issued upon receipt of the declaration of participation.

The financing contributions from theCO2 storage certificates for the climate performance of timber construction make timber construction projects more competitive compared to conventional construction methods. In addition to participating in the profits, property developers have the unique opportunity to count the climate performance of their timber buildings towards meeting their own climate targets. Participants take part in a globally unique project and contribute to laying the foundation for future investment decisions in timber buildings.

TFM übernimmt auch keine Verantwortung und gibt keine Garantie dafür ab, dass die Funktionen der Website mit Inhalten zu den Finanzprodukten nicht unterbrochen werden oder fehlerfrei sind, dass Fehler behoben werden oder dass die Website oder der jeweilige Server frei von Viren oder sonstigen schädlichen Bestandteilen und Programmen ist. Risikohinweis

Grundsätzlich gilt: Je höher das Risiko (Kursschwankungen), desto länger sollte die Anlagedauer sein, und desto höher sind die Renditechancen. Bei der Berechnung der Performance werden allfällige Gebühren und Kosten (z.B. Kommissionen und Kosten, die bei der Zeichnung und Rücknahme von Fondsanteilen erhoben werden), die beim Kauf, Halten oder Verkauf des Finanzproduktes anfallen, nicht mitberücksichtigt.

Prospektpflicht

Bei den portraitieren Unternehmen handelt es sich um allgemeine Kommunikation und Werbung und nicht um ein öffentliches Angebot mit Prospektpflicht gemäss FIDLEG Art. 35, sondern um eine Privatplatzierung in Analogie zu FIDLEG Art. 36 und Art. 39, die sich an einen eingeschränkten Kreis von weniger als 500 professionellen und qualifizierten AnlegerInnen mit vertieften Kenntnissen der Wald-, Holz-, Bau- und Energiewirtschaft und einem Gesamtwert von weniger als CHF 8 Mio innert 12 Monaten richtet.
